Every
day all over the world we all are having sleeping problems, this has become a
common problem for us. There are many reasons for sleeping problems. The main reasons
are stress & workload.
Now I
am going to tell you the solutions-
Power naps
Power nap is a solution
for this problem. If you have some free time form your work than you can try
this. A 20- to 40-minute nap during the day will actually help you sleep better
at night. It prevents you from ingesting caffeine, helps you relax, makes you
feel more alert during the day, and, hence, less anxious at night before you go
to bed. But don't doze off for too long. You have to keep the nap less than 40
minutes so that you don't fall into slow-wave sleep.
Exercise
Exercise can improve every
aspect of your life, including how you sleep. High-intensity training and exercise
can help the body's need to recover Sleep and recovery go together hand in
hand. The harder you train, the more recovery and sleep your body requires, so
it's important to first create a baseline as to how well you sleep. So you
should exercise regularly every day for having a good sleep.
Watch
Your Food habit
what you eat and how you digest it can affect how you sleep. Weak digestion can make falling asleep difficult so Lee said to avoid eating large, heavy meals late in the evening. You should also stay away from foods that are difficult to digest, such as spicy chili, hot peppers, and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. You can prevent indigestion, however, by snacking on a rice cake or yogurt. So you should be careful about your food habit.
Reading
a Book
You can read a book before
you go to bed. Because reading is a good habit. Before you go to bed you can
read your favorite books or comic.

is a very good habit. Its keep your mind fresh & give you some relax.
Take
a Bedtime Shower
You can take a bedtime
shower before you go to sleep. It will take away the stress of the day and
prepare yourself for a restful sleep with a nice, calm, relaxing bath. Add
lavender essential oils, which can enhance the already calming properties of a
bath. It help you sleep and moisturize your skin. This
can be a solution for having a good sleep.
